Please note that these conditions do not apply to items bought at our physical stores. At times, our website or Terms of Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, delivery times, and availability. We retain the right to rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may alter information or cancel orders if any details in the Terms of Service or on our website are found to be inaccurate, even after your order submission.

DGT Opticians holds no liability to compensate clients for delays in product or service delivery beyond the initially committed delivery date.
DGT Opticians reserves the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of the originally committed product or service or its inability to deliver. In such instances, if an order is canceled, DGT Opticians will refund the deposit amount via wire transfer. The company is not liable to compensate the client beyond refunding the deposit for the canceled order.

DGT Opticians encourages clients to record a video while unpacking their orders. This practice serves as substantial evidence during any subsequent inquiries in the event of a claim.

  • Is it possible to modify or cancel my order once it's been placed?
    Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact us via email at dhaval@dgtopticians.com or call us at +91 9819159492. Kindly note that the refund process will commence within 3 to 4 business days.
    If your order has already been dispatched, we regret that it cannot be intercepted for address changes.

  • Is it possible to have my purchase gift-wrapped?

  • Which payment methods are accepted?
    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and direct bank transfers via our secure online payment gateway. Please note that we do not currently accept cheques or demand drafts.

  • Is it possible to collect my order from your store?

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be rerouted from the address provided during checkout.

  • How much time will it take to ship my order?
    The shipment of sunglasses and frames will occur within 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of the order. Please be advised that we are not liable for products lost or stolen following their successful delivery to your designated shipping address by our logistics partners.


Returns & Exchanges
We prioritize your satisfaction. If you're dissatisfied with an online purchase, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving it at your address for store credit, which has no expiration date. The 7-day period is calculated from the receipt date until the logistics company picks it up.

Please note the following:

  • All sales are final; thus, we maintain a no-refund policy.
  • Exchanges apply only to items sold from available stock. Items specially sourced for you are not eligible for exchange.
  • To initiate an exchange, kindly return the product with a request for store credit. You can utilize this credit toward your next purchase. If the new product costs more than the credit, the difference must be paid. Any remaining credit can be used for future purchases.
  • Occasionally, the issue might be the fit. We encourage you to schedule a frame tune-up at any of our stores where our expert technicians can assist you. Sometimes, minor adjustments can significantly enhance comfort.
  • All store credits issued are subject to a thorough quality check of the returned products. Please ensure the following pre-conditions for returns:
  • Must be unused and unworn.
  • A proof of purchase, such as a physical or electronic invoice, should accompany the return request.
  • All item tags, warranty certificates, product catalogues, usage & care instructions, dust bags, etc., included in the package must be returned in their original condition.

  • How do I return my product?
    Please contact us via email at dhaval@dgtopticians.com or WhatsApp at +91 9819159492. Attach a copy of your invoice and provide a photograph of the product. Our support team will facilitate your return process efficiently.
    Upon receiving instructions from us, please ship the product to the address provided. Ensure the product is packaged akin to its original delivery condition, including the original invoice, to ensure a safe return. Please note, that our stores do not accept returns for products purchased online.
    Once we receive the product, we'll notify you. Please allow 3 to 4 working days post receipt for a comprehensive quality check.

  • Can I return a gifted item?
    Yes, products received as gifts can be returned for store credit. Refunds are not available for gifted items. Additionally, please note that returns require the original proof of purchase.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
    We strive for secure packaging but understand exceptions may occur. To assist your claim, please provide a video of unboxing the parcel along with images displaying the defect(s).   • What if I received the wrong product?
    We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send a video of the unboxing, displaying all contents received, within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us at dhaval@dgtopticians.com or call +91 9819159492 with your order number and details. Upon verification, we'll arrange the incorrect item's retrieval and replace it within 15 days.

  • Can I return a product after 7 days?
    Unfortunately, returns beyond 7 days from receipt to the given address are not accepted.


Post-Sale Services and Warranty Information

  • What warranty does my product have and what does it cover?
    • All our products include a 1-year manufacturing warranty. The manufacturing warranty addresses the following issues:
    • Missing components
    • Delamination or peeling of sun lens coating
    • Bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating
    • Premature flaking or deterioration of the frame coating
    • Soldering defects

We'll require you to send the product to us for quality inspection by our technicians. If the problem is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we'll either replace the product or provide you with store credit. DGT Opticians retains absolute discretion to determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Please note that we cannot honor requests for exchange or credit if the product has been altered or repaired by any third party.
The manufacturing warranty excludes the following issues:

    • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches
    • Damages resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage
    • Damage caused by chemicals
    • Damages due to unauthorized modifications or repairs

If the product doesn’t fit properly, we recommend scheduling a frame tune-up at any of our stores. Our expert technicians will be delighted to assist you. You'd be amazed at how a few simple adjustments can significantly enhance your comfort level.
