Where are your boutiques?
We have three boutiques in Mumbai — Bandra Linking Road, Juhu Tara Road, and Juhu JVPD. All three are open Mon–Sat 11 am–8 pm and Sunday 12 pm–7 pm.
Do I need an appointment for an eye exam?
No — walk-ins are welcome. However, booking in advance guarantees your preferred time slot and optician. You can book via the form on our website or by calling any boutique directly.
Is the eye examination free?
Yes. Eye examinations are complimentary at all three DGT boutiques. There is no obligation to purchase.
Which brands do you carry?
We carry eleven maisons: Gucci, Prada, Dior, Fendi, Tom Ford, Bvlgari, Burberry, Balenciaga, Miu Miu, Maybach, and T Henri. Every frame is sourced directly from the brand or authorised distributor.
Are all frames available in prescription?
Almost all frames in our collection can be fitted with prescription lenses — single vision, bifocal, or progressive. Our opticians will advise on any exceptions during the fitting consultation.
Do you offer repairs and adjustments?
Yes — lifetime adjustments are complimentary on any frame purchased at DGT. Repairs and part replacements (nose pads, screws, hinges) are handled in-store and most are same-day.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. Orders placed online are dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered across India via insured courier. Prescription frames take 5–7 business days from lens fabrication.
What is your return policy?
Non-prescription frames may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Prescription lenses are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us to initiate a return.
